Importance of water

                                  Important of Water to the Body system. 

Water is a Natural Liquid Substance, the main constituent of Earth's streamslakes, and oceans, is the basic rock of most living organisms. Its chemical formula is H2O, meaning that it’s contain one oxygen and two hydrogen atoms, that are connected by covalent bonds.
The only food a human can take in more extent without any damage or effect to the body system is Water. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to rehydrate by drinking lot of water and eating good foods that contain water.

Everyone know what undigested food could cause to the body system (stomach arch) when you experience this so called running Stomach, first take excess of water which help flush all this undigested meal to where you can get them out. Adequate water intake enables your body to excrete waste through perspiration, urination, and defecation.

Water A Diet?

Water is a class of a healthy diet that helps you adopt a healthier lifestyle, keeping you active and eating foods. It’s advisable to everyone to take water with no amount of Time

·   *When you wake up early in the morning, take a clean chilled glass cup of water each day. Even before you brush your teeth in the morning. And constant intake of water after meal.

*Constant intake of water help build your immune.
* It help avoid illness or any other health problems.
 *Human body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions.
*The kidneys and liver use it to help flush out waste, as do your intestines.
 *Water can also keep you from getting constipated by softening your stools and helping move the food you've eaten through your intestinal tract.
 Water help women in flushing any kind of block that might causes blockage of the fallopian tube.
*Also help in easy flow of women menstruation without any kind of abdominal pain or menstruation.
*Water help in easy digestion of food.
